Supplier Coordination
We take over the coordination of your day from 8 weeks before your wedding, giving us time to fully understand your plans, suppliers and key details. During this period, we create a clear itinerary and plan for the day, liaise with your suppliers, confirm timings and access requirements, and handle any last-minute supplier questions or enquiries.
By the time your wedding day arrives, everyone knows where they need to be, when they need to arrive and what they are responsible for — allowing the day to run smoothly and calmly from start to finish.
Timeline Management
We manage the running order and keep the day flowing smoothly, from guest arrival and ceremony timings through to speeches, evening food and the final details.
Ceremony & Reception Set-Up Checks
We oversee key set-up details to make sure your ceremony and reception spaces are ready, styled and looking as they should before your guests arrive.
Guest Guidance
