Some weddings are remembered for the little details. Others are remembered for how they made everyone feel. Nicole and Alex's beautiful Northumberland barn wedding was both.
From our first conversations, their priority was simple: they wanted a day that felt relaxed, welcoming and completely centred around spending time with the people they love. Our role was to make sure every moving part came together seamlessly behind the scenes, allowing them to be fully present from the moment they arrived until the final dance.
Bringing the day together
As their on-the-day coordinator, we oversaw every aspect of the celebration, working closely with their suppliers to ensure everything ran exactly as planned.
From managing arrivals and keeping the day on schedule to coordinating each transition, our role was to quietly keep everything moving while allowing Nicole and Alex to simply enjoy the experience.
We also transformed the venue throughout the day, carrying out room changes, styling tables and adding the finishing touches that elevated the atmosphere as the celebrations unfolded.
Creating the experience
Alongside coordinating the day, our team also provided the wedding bar service, ensuring guests were looked after from the first welcome drink to the final celebration of the evening.
As the day turned into night, we coordinated the evening food service, managed supplier logistics and introduced additional touches including lawn games and atmospheric lighting to create a relaxed and welcoming space where guests could continue celebrating long after the speeches had finished.

They happen because every supplier knows where they need to be, every timeline is carefully managed and someone is quietly bringing everything together behind the scenes.

Beyond Amazing! We hired Albert and Charlies to provide our bar and drinks package for our Wedding Day and also hired Stacey as our Wedding Coordinator and we couldn’t be more impressed. The bar staff were incredible, quick service, amazing drinks knowledge and made a very good cocktail whilst being so friendly, they couldn’t have been nicer and it’s the little things like that which make the experience 10x better, our guests have not stopped complementing the service. Drinks were generous, good quality and constantly flowing.
As for Stacey, I could sing her praises all day long and recommend her to everyone! She was the best wedding decision we made, our day would not have gone so smoothly without her. Her passion and attentiveness was second to none from our very first interaction, having Stacey as our coordinator meant we could relax and not have to think about the logistics of everything. 10/10 from start to finish across the board, everyone went above and beyond with everything.
