Hi, I’m Stacey Collier, the founder of Albert & Charlie’s Weddings — a brand built from my love of organisation, creativity, and helping couples feel completely supported throughout their planning journey.
What began over six years ago as my passion for crafting memorable experiences through bars, catering, and events has evolved into a full wedding planning and management service known for its calm approach, clear communication, and seamless execution.
With a background in corporate project management, I’m used to juggling complex workloads, managing tight deadlines, and coordinating multiple moving parts without ever dropping a detail. That experience shapes everything I do — from the way I communicate with couples to the highly structured planning systems I’ve developed to keep your wedding organised and stress-free.
It’s also what inspired me to design and build our virtual Client Planning Hub — an intuitive, beautifully structured online space where couples can manage timelines, budgets, suppliers, and key decisions with clarity and confidence. Every tool, checklist, and feature has been created to make planning simpler, smoother, and genuinely enjoyable.
Alongside this, my hands-on experience running mobile bars, managing street-food catering, and working behind the scenes at weddings and events means I understand the flow of a wedding day better than anyone — what works, what doesn’t, and how to keep everything running beautifully in the background.
I especially love working with inclusive couples and alternative venues, because your wedding should feel authentically “you,” not shaped to fit someone else’s mould.
