What areas do you serve?A: We primarily serve the North and Midlands of England and parts of Scotland. Contact us to discuss your event location, even if it's outside our usual service area.

Do you have a minimum spend or booking fee?We do not charge a minimum spend for any of our packages. We do charge the following booking fees; - Bar hire £199.00 -Street food- 30% of the total package price

What's included in mobile bar hire?A: Our mobile bar hire typically includes the bar structure, professional bartenders, bar equipment, glassware, card machines, all ice & garnishes along with a fully stocked bar. Specific inclusions vary depending on the package you choose.

What's included in street food hire?A: Our street food hire includes your choice of service setup (Piaggio bar, catering gazebo or bars for indoor use) staff, food to cater your menu, cutlery and 2 hours service. Specific inclusions vary depending on the package you choose.

Do you have insurance and licenses?Yes, we are fully insured and licensed to serve alcohol in accordance with UK regulations. We can provide proof of this upon request. We are registered with environmental health with a food hygiene rating of 5, all of our staff are trained to level 3 in food hygiene. We can provide HACCP, risk assessments, method statements and proof of training upon request.

What are your payment terms?We take a booking fee upfront to secure the date in our diary, any outstanding package balance will be invoiced to you 30 days before the celebration. This will be sent as an electric invoice to allow payment to be made via bank transfer, credit or debit card.

How can I book your services?A: You can contact us via phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We'll discuss your event details and provide you with a personalized quote. If you wish to proceed we will send you an invoice for the booking fee which will secure the date.

What is your cancellation policy?Your booking is very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected changes can occur, making schedule adjustments however as part of planning for your service we incur expenses such as; Staffing costs Admin costs (Menu design, license applications, event planning) Stock costs Glassware hire Travel expenses paid in advance The booking deposit of £199.00 or 30% for street food is non-refundable, however can be transferred for a future booking, subject to our availability and agreement. . If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 21 day’s notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 21 days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the package cost. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 7 days will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the package cost. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
