Every couple's celebration is unique, and Rory & Sally wanted a relaxed, beachside wedding where guests could enjoy fantastic drinks throughout the day while still having complete control over what was served. Our dry hire package allowed them to supply their own drinks, while we managed every detail behind the scenes.
Working together before the wedding, we created a bespoke shopping list based on their guest numbers, sourced their draught kegs and ensured every element was carefully planned, giving them confidence that everything they needed would be ready for the day.
A Seamless Celebration
From the moment guests arrived, our team was there to deliver a seamless drinks service. Chilled Pimm's welcomed everyone to the celebrations before table wine was served throughout the wedding breakfast and champagne was poured for the speeches.
By providing all of the staff, glassware, refrigeration and professional bar equipment, every part of the service ran effortlessly, allowing Rory & Sally to simply enjoy celebrating with their family and friends.

One of the highlights of the day was creating the couple's champagne tower, bringing everyone together for a memorable celebration before the evening festivities began.
As the wedding breakfast came to an end, guests were treated to a dedicated cocktail hour before the fully stocked evening bar opened, creating the perfect transition from a relaxed afternoon to a lively evening of celebrations.
